The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and had a variety of options to choose from. The location was stunning and offered amazing views.
The room we were given was not as advertised and lacked basic amenities. The resort was far from any nearby attractions or towns and transportation was difficult to arrange. we were disappointed with our stay.

Picture perfect landscape and a beautiful garden, this hotel is ideal for nature lovers. the staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the surrounding area with plenty of recommendations for activities. the rooms are spacious with lovely balconies that provide an amazing view over the valley. the in-house restaurant serves delicious food that catered to our taste.

During my christmas vacation, I had an amazing experience staying at a resort in Kakheti. One of the best aspects of my stay was the helpful staff who spoke fluent English and were always willing to assist with any queries. The resort's location offered a breathtaking view of scenic valleys and was surrounded by a lovely garden and pool. the food at the restaurant was delicious and offered a variety of options to cater to different tastes.
There were some negative aspects to my stay. The resort's limited menu at the restaurant and unavailability of some items left me disappointed.

I must say this hotel exceeded my expectations. From the amazing views to the lovely garden and pool, it was everything one could ask for. The staff were extremely hospitable and friendly, always eager to help me with any queries or requests. What struck me the most was the delicious food; breakfast had a wide variety of dishes to choose from, and the dinner options of chicken and veal were definitely some of the best I have had. Additionally, the hotel's cleanliness was top-notch, and the facilities were modern and well-maintained.
No negatives from this place.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious resort. The location was perfect, offering breathtaking views over the valley. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with valuable information about the area and recommending activities.
